Pennings Now Of Pearlized Stitches
~*Marge Tindal*~

Carefully woven pearlized stitches
Weaving poetic thoughts so sublime
Ebon spun in the rays of moonlight
Eloquently penning poets new rhyme

Never shall the sunrays of morning
Criss cross beams in tethered time
Dip of new quill in my ink-of-time
Begin a duel within my inking-mind

Ever-diligently shall I now gather
Word-straws to build a square crow
Knowing full-well that when penned
I have done the best that I can do

~*The sound of a kiss is not as strong as that of a cannon, but it's echo endures much longer*~

Marge

I see you certainly haven't lost your artistic touch and your way with words.

Carefully woven pearlized stitches
Weaving poetic thoughts so sublime
Ebon spun in the rays of moonlight
Eloquently penning poets new rhyme

Beautiful introduction to set up the scene.

Take care dear lady and it's so nice to read your words again.

This is simply amazing, dear Marge!

Wow! Besides the art, I guess much patience is required too here and you have shown your skills and qualities so masterfully!

Love and hugs.

This is Marge's daughter. I'm in her hospital room on her computer. I don't know who posted this poem for her, but I don't want you all to be confused. Mom didn't post this. She is asleep. She is not able to post or even read email. She will not be with us much longer. Maybe she asked someone to post for her, check with the person in charge, I just want to make sure you all know she is very sick and not posting.

Her daughter again. Maybe Mom did post this poem on the 4th. I was reading today's date the 24th and thought the poem was posted today. Sorry for the confusion.

I am sadden to learn of her death. I haven't been on PIP for a long time and now a year later, I find her poems are a part of her legacy. She was a special friend even if it was only by email. Prayers for her family and friends.
