Being devoured by flesh hungry monsters
These beasts eat me alive
I swoon as their tongues flick against my rib cage
Their eyes shut tight
Lost in themselves
I, lucid, my eyes wide open
Clinging tight and biting hard at skin
Each chance at freedom is overlooked
But i still think of running
When they have gorged themselves,
Satisfied, their fangs dripping red
I lie dislocated
My arms outstretched
Reaching for some semblence of warmth
Ignored though
I sob at my bruised skin and ego

This is a bit overdone i know
but if you could comment and tell me if you understand this at all..

to me it kinda sounds like the way that I feel when the "popular" people are surrounding me. When everyone is taking thier turn in hurting me in one way or another. I'm not sure if that is the true meaning you were trying to convey, but I liked it.

actually its about a bad/confusing (sexual)
relationship..but i like yr thoughts on it being about popular people..it fits well
