Please God don't hate me
I have sinned
I am so very sorry
I just cannot win
Oh God please
Let me make this up to you
I've lost all my faith
In what I never knew
I can't promise anything
Of myself, God
You can't be expected to
Overlook all my horrid flaws
I just want to know, God,
Are you really there?
And if you truly do exist
Do you really care?
Would you save me God,
If I was going to drown?
Or would you just be glad
That I was underground?
God, I know I'm not a good girl
But I honestly do try
I don't hate you anymore God...
Will that save me when I die?
