You've Buried Me The day has come that I will always dread The day you leave is the day I'll be dead..... The sleepness nights and the hurt that you have caused... Has buried me deep and put my life on pause.... As the tears stream down, they leave an endless trail.... The darkness is cold and there's no light to prevail..... The piercing pain that shoots through my body.... The shallow breathing that comes knowing I don't have anybody.... I want to go..I need to leave this place.... A red oak coffin and me in black lace.... As I lay me down to sleep... I pray the lord my soul to keep.. I hope to die before I wake.... I feared this day my heart would break... There is no light at the end of my tunnel... And there is no hope for me.... You've took my heart and wrecked my soul, death is what I see... You've drivin me to the edge of a cliff and pushed me off the edge.... This is what is it feels like when someone messes with your head.... How can you live knowing what you've done... Knowing the person you've hurt will never see the sun... Why do you ask...why can't she see.... Cause all the pain you've caused.. has finally buried me... |
