I miss the way you looked at me, I miss the twinkle in your eye.
I miss the way you comforted me, now all I do is cry.
I miss the way you carried yourself, so confident and brave.
I miss the way you talked to me, you made me your love slave.
I miss everything about you, I miss hearing your sweet name.
When I think of how things were, I wish things were the same.

I have noticed that some people in here despise rhyming poems. They find them to be childish and boring. But some of the best poets rhymed. I liked your poem alot- It was short, totally detailed, and emotion filled. So keep up the good work!

Thanks for the reply, although I'm thankful for your comments, i don't mind if others don't like some rhyming poems, its just a place where i can clear my mind, and get my feelings out.
