I am sitting here dying. A razor in one hand, Blood dripping down the other. I am dying because I have the greatest pain. The greatest pain is not the pain of death, But the pain of being ignored. The greatest pain is not the pain of death, But the pain of being forgotten. I have been left in the shadows. I have been forgotten. My friends are much to busy to console me. Now it seems that the only person who cares about me Is me. I take my last breath, and lie down on my bed I look out my window and pray. I pray that my dark angel will come and take me away. |

Well first off I wanted to say that this poem was REAL and that's what poetry should be but I wanted to know if this poem was written from a real experience...so If you don't mind me asking...please reply or send me an E-mail. Thanks! |

This poem is really good. If it was written from real experience I hope that you know even if it seems like no one cares there iS someone that does...nomatter how alone you feel-you aren't alone. Please e-mail me, I would love to talk to you! Once again, very well written poem. |
