Its hard for me to swallow
I cant seem to get a breath
My cheast is slowing caving in
This must be my untimely death

I think of you more and more
The way you talk, you laugh, you sing
I think of how I need you here
I think of everything

This is all so crazy
Too sudden, too rash, too scary
You think of me as just a friend
I think of you quite the contrary

My fondess for you is based on what?
Not your eyes, your walk, your hair
I relish the way my heart beats fast
Just knowing that you're there

By now you're feeling flattered
Feeling a little sad for me too
You know you don't feel the same
You don't love me, like I do you
