Everyone is always telling you that your senior year in high school is supposed to be your best year ever.....well they certainly lied to me. All it has been so far has been stress. Complete and total chaos and I thinkk that Im drowning in it. If anyone has any advice about how to deal with all this drama I would love some ideas.

Some things are much better as we look back on them than they seem as we forge through them.  Lighten up a little an realize this is ending a long childhood phase.  You'll emerge like the beautiful butterfly.

Nine months only seems interminable if you're pregnant or young, I suspect.

Circle a date on your calendar that is two weeks after the end of your senior year, focus/plan a fun adventure, even if it's only for a one day adventure in the near future. Practice telling your body each night it's ok to relax, you've done enough for that day.
It doesn't always work, but I've sometimes gotten through a rough timeframe with these techniques. Good luck!

I have been there. You feel frustrated. Believe me, after graduation you will remember your senior year with smile. It's easier said than done but all you have to do is trying to see the full half of the glass. I read your quote, you already have strength, and will. I know you get over soon, and feel better. Enjoy your senior year.
