im always sad and in pain
its then i write my bests poems
about hate and death and pain
but its so hard i feel like nothing matters
and i don't no why i wish i could
forget how much it hurts how much i've
been hurt i hate to feel this way but
i don't no know how else to feel i wish for
help but i don't know how and i don't think i
can.

Sorry to think you're sad and in pain.  I do believe urgency gets our creative juices going, but it would surely be nice to feel urgent about good, happy things, wouldn't it? In my own case, I've always found reading or hearing of others worse off than I am, gave me cause to be thankful, and lifted my spirits.  Helping others is probably the greatest way to help ourselves out of the dulldrums or sad ruts of life.

Hi there,
You need to let go of your pain rap it up and put it somewhere you can go back to it if you wish. Try to forgive those who hurt you. You're carrying to much baggage with you. Let it go with prayer and peace. I have more information on letting go of the pain. If you want it just email me.I wish you well.
