walking the surreal

0 posted 2004-07-18 11:51 AM

As I sit here on an early Sunday morning reading the work of my peers, I think to myself, great heavens, how can there be so much talent, so many incredible styles, all meeting in one place, loving and supporting one another.  My heart overflows in its ache to express how much I have come to love it here, to love interacting with such diversity and such generosity.  Each heart brings a special gift to me and I just want to say, "Thank You!"

And the encouragement you all give to me, it blossoms within my breast and inspires me to continue and to pursue the ultimate goal of excellence.  Again "Thank You!"

My love and gratitude cannot be contained --

Susan...I certainly agree with your assessment.  I had barely been here a few days, when I wrote this...
/pip/Forum2/HTML/000631.html

I looked back to see how many times, whether in discussion, or in Open...I had said to one and all, in some way...."thanks..."

And some days, in some ways, I feel we cannot say it enough.

Bless your heart for giving me one more time to add my "hip, hip!" to your Hooray!

Thank YOU for walking this two-way street~
We all gather in this circle ... and come away richer for it's blessings of inspiration and sheer ADMIRATION for the talents of others~

Yes, Susan, with all of the negativity consuming the planet these days, Passions is certainly a soft place to fall. I am grateful as well. Peace lovely lady. Chris

Susan, I couldn't agree more...
Have written in other web sites, but there were always troubles, always vulgarity and insults, extreme and rude critique....but PIP is a web site for poets that any poet could be proud to be a part of.

The talent here is astounding, the encouragement almost mystic, the wisdom and education, and the artists are allowing, gentle, compassionate and welcoming.

This site is without a doubt a class act!

Thank you Susan..hugs

You are so right!  And there is an abundance of wonderful poetry to read here...I've been in the archives, and attempting to work my way forward...could take me years!
