Raph....I want you to take off your clothes...now hold your arms out straight from your shoulders, palms down. Now, flap your arms up and down...turn your whole body in a circle (still flapping?) and say "I'm a little sparrow, see me fly, I look silly, I can't deny, but when this is over, I will be, a cheerful little sparrow, laughing hysterically!"

This procedure DOES work. But I'm sure if you ask her sweetly she might be able to come up with some more intensive therapy for you!
