It seems sometimes, that I only post here when I am feeling 'down'. I think the reason is two fold.. firstly, reading other peoples poetry makes me feel 'included', I often get the sense of "oh wow, I'm glad there are other people that feel the same way I do".
The second reason is that ever since my first post (which was a complaint about other peoples perception of me), the people here have always taken the time to lend an ear, so to speak, and offer advice, and that has been what I've needed to hear and get me through, in times of trouble.

'Always polite, always caring and always willing to give'

.. would be the way I would sum up the fine folk you have here.
I feel bad about not having the time to offer the same support to others here, but I sincerely

for all the good things you have given me, both in poetry and in support. Pip will always hold a special place with me.

it's nice to see a positive post in the feelings forum for a change. Especially after I just posted my own little thirty-seconds-of-whining thread.

Piptalk is a great place, and I'm glad you've found it. You probably don't even know me, haha... I lurk but I don't post a lot in the main forums. Still, it's a sweet thing for you to do, thanking these people. They're really wonderful, each and every one of them...

More than any other site on the internet, this one is home. I'm glad you found your way here. Many members come and go but there is always a feeling of community and no one is made to feel left out. And if someone needs help?? We're like the Red Cross...we'll be there in a hot second!

I am glad you found it to, as any time you are "too full" this is a great place to get support and friendship. The positive atmosphere of this community is what makes it what is is, and it is the best there is!

My problem is I simply don't have the time anymore.

Sweetwater, for picking user names, you surely picked a fine one. It always makes me feel so good to see members come in and say, in simple, wonderful terms, "this is such a fine place!" Sometimes they do it like you do, sometimes they wax poetically...but that it is said, and done, is what makes this place THAT special.
