I guess to answer LP's comments, I can only say that I've always felt there is a difference in meaning between FALLING IN LOVE, BEING IN LOVE, and LOVE, as a separate stand-alone essential concept of Life. I've fallen and been in love many many times.
So it's easy for me to love Humanity unconditionally, yet I know I've always set some conditional parameters within my personal relationships. Perhaps that's why I am without a mate, but am close to my teenage daughter, whom I truly love unconditionally? It's a sticky area for most, but I guess my bizarre mind doesn't interpret all these definitions of love as being in conflict with how I approach life from day-to-day.
