I don't handle stress well...for example anticipation of a phone call today  has given me a headache the size several excedrin will not dispose of. I also lose my voice easily at this time when feeling stressed...

What does stress do to you and if you have any solutions to ease it, can you share?

Exercise does not help me...I am off to try a hot body soak.

I turn into an insomniac when I'm stressed. No sleep at all.. and what little I do get just doesn't count. I generally eat a lot less. I'm also very prone to intense headaches.

I don't know how to destress. I just grumble until it passes.

stress... my mortal enemy. when i feel stress comin on i hop into a lounge chair and spark the hookah. usually that's enough. maybe a cocktail or two.

if it's real stress, i stay up all night surfing the web and writing. not sleeping for two days wears me out. i'm too tired to stress.

if the aggravation continues i go find one o those solid, hard, sometimes metal doors and i pounsd it til i can't make a fist. then i go listen to goo goo dolls and wallow.

ut like i said. smoke a litle hookah, have a martini, maybe even go surf (or just chill and write on the beach)... that usually does it.

relax or die trying, i say.

it's our struggle for identity that leaves us all unknown
