Forum politics are maddening and (sometimes) arbitrary.

My girlfriend's hit a really rough road of late.

I feel overtired and queasy.

And life is pretty much a soft, angry noise right now, unless I drown it out with music and poetry.

I need a break.

Anybody wanna break me a piece off a Kit-Kat bar?

(now y' know why ah'm Mr. Mope)

Been down this road many times...you know Dark frustrated me so much - and the forum politics - I took a break for 3 months from this place...

love life? Eternally messed...

life eh? Up and down, up and down. What's nice to know is that sunshine is usually somewhere around - we just have to walk to the right spot in the trees...

smiles to you

Mikhail, you gave me irrefutable proof that you didn't go to bed when I told you to....

You're gittin' youself all tied up...(Hmm)
an' takin it all too serious. Now wranx knows that life is serious, but damn dude, even the wranx will take a moment from time t' time and look aroun'.
Looka'here, all I's sayin' is yo gots to pay attenshun to what's good for the squirrel. You know a squirrel ain't nothin' widout his nuts. So, grab aholt o' dem nuts an'... well, you know.

Hey bs..

Been there, been there, this is the solace i have for you:

Within the grasp of Chopinal sanctuary
I stand,
with my face to the heavens
and turn,
round,
and round,
and round,
within the curtain of symphony
along the filigree of music
the notes of tranquillity
stir my spinning emotions
and from the lock of despair
flows a trickle of calmness
enough to sustain
and strengthen
until the next flood of reality.

Peace!

Ah, but even Chopin isn't sacred! (remember that awful "remake" by Barry Manilow?)

Thanks, though.
