Interesting... today I attended a Communications Seminar on various personality types. Six of 'em - Reactor [otherwise known as Harmonizer]; Workaholic; Persister; Dreamer; Rebel; Promoter. No type is better or worse than the other. We've basically set ourselves in one type or another by age 7. I cannot yet decide my type [although I have a very strong clue as to where I belong and have general tendancies towards other types, two in particular]... But I picked out a few people near and dear to me and very much saw their "type", but again, with hints of one or another level coming in to mix with the "pure" personality type... I am married to a Workaholic with Persister overtones; I work with a Persister with workaholic overtones.... bottom line, as of this day, Christopher, I would say you were a Reactor, and I commend you on your feelings... Sometimes it's just not easy being a guy.... |

Feelings can sometimes sting... and confuse you. I can understand why you might not always want to feel. Sometimes numb is A-ok by me.  "I can't get you out of my head- your love is all I think about." |
