I met this girl this year and she has quickly become one of my best friends, she gives the best advice and you always knows what to say, but she is a senior and Im a freshman, so she tends to hang out wth her friends her own age. Shes not mean to me, but I feel like I could tell her anything, and I wish she could feel the same, because she is such a great friend, and I want her to know Im the same.  Any suggestions how to tell her.....?

LCBS...

She sounds like a wonderful person. If you feel that she is your best friend, and that you can tell her anything, tell her how you feel! You've certainly got nothing to lose. Maybe she hangs around with other people because she doesn't realise how you feel about the friendship. If you told her, she might ask you to hang around with her friends with her?

Good luck.
