I believe that prediction is thought to be for the cold war. I'm not sure what Nostradamus had in mind when he made that prediction. This was sent to me and I got the chills reading it. It would seem as if the two brothers were the twin towers, the fortress, the pentagon and the great leader, the U.S. Personally, I'll keep my faith in God. |

Interesting, as NYC is, as we all know, commonly referred to as the Big Apple... generally, and in my past readings, the "brothers" were referred to as countries, but this could very well be a reference to the towers, which "big brothers" us by way of the stock market... some say Nostradamus' predictions could be parlayed into whatever we want them to mean... I for one think they have, far too often, been too close to history to be ignored. But, if we ARE armed with that information, it would seem logical that we should use it accordingly...of course, logic is the key word... |

u know what scares me, the day before it happened I had a wired dream about, being on a plane, screaming air hostesses and I heard a voice saying that 'soon their lives would end' that was chilling. I breathe the dust, the dust is me. |

And this is going to sound weird but I have been seeing 11's for months now. At first glance on my computer, 1111, on the bank clocks, in my car,1111. They have been popping out at me so much that I have talked to people about what it means to see them so much. I wrote about them, and pondered whether it had something to do with my anniversary, 11-11 or my daughters b-day in the 11th month. I wondered sometimes if was a sign of the 11th hour...weird, I know, but I wasn't surprised to find out later that the first plane was flight 11 or that the attack came on the 11th. |

Yes, I have heard of this before...but as mentioned by someone above, and through the link - most predictions of this nature are general enough to fit most any situation. Assuming this was real a simple analysis would show: Two big brothers - well - conflict of this nature usually stems from conflict between 'two' ...war often usually involves burning (unless it's cold)... Conflict will be inevitable I think...I just fervently pray...and I really mean pray that more innocents won't be killed - whether on American soil, or in the country of origin of the terrorists if, as is 95% predicted, they don't come from America. As far as strange events go I have my own small one:...on the day this terrible thing started...it was roughly 12.30am here in NZ. I went to sleep around that time, completely unaware of what was happening. Now I barely slept that night. I didn't have nightmares - it wasn't hot, or cold. I don't suffer from insomnia...usually once I sleep - I sleep. But I swear to you I woke up every hour...all night...uneasy..no idea why. Now, I can't make blanket statements about this...I have no idea if it was coincidence...I mean - tragedy happens the world over...all the time...how then, could I somehow 'feel' the trauma of these events in a country so far away? A country I admittedly love...but why? Could it have been the impact of the staggering loss of life? Could it be because this event above all others is going to literally change the world - and yes, even my world will change. Your economy guides my economy. Your security measures guide our measures. Any conflict, or dare I say it war, will certainly involve my little country. Could the sheer magnitude of this have interrupted my sleep? Or was it coincidence? There are no answers. This is I think, and I say this with the utmost respect, the point. We all search for answers - for spiritual accountability, for spiritual guidance - and that is important...but I don't think we should actively put any faith into things like the predictions of Nostradamus, or any one else, because it makes this more frightening...seeming more out of our control...and we can not lay claim to credibility. Violently angry humans hurt and murdered other humans who were merely living out their lives. More violence may follow. We must not lose sight of this. Thanks for listening to my opinion. Nostradamus died in 1566. So most of the things spreading across the web on him are all hoaxes and untrue. Even if they are startling, I urge everyone to go to their local library if you truly want to read and believe in his quatrains. Thank you for sharing. Sincerely, Regina |
