hi! i'm new but decided to come in here to discuss true feelings...
i jus have some questions with some thoughts.
i jus wanted to ask what i can do to ease myself at times when i get lost in depths of thought as my soul is troubled at night well at times it seems alright but also do i feel deep thats what makes me worst. u guys think this is sumthing i was born wth is it my cause of misery or is it a gift to be used also i hate the way i think when i think i think to deep thats what all people say when they have a debate or conversation and i'm only 17 and i'm very different from people my age so in conclusion what can i do to help ease my death within?also do i feel loneliness deep within still from times of sincere solitude but right now i'm less alone but at times evn though people around me always do i still feel alone as i get really overwhemled by sadness and pain i can't endure is it the scars from the past that troubles me also how can i find my heart that is lost i'm jus one complicated person  i also know what problems i have but i jus seem to not know which way to go 2 find out of my pains and suffers the only thing that is alive is this hope that grows strong but bright with a beilef everythings gonna be alright thats y i'm livin 4 the day thinkin life will not be like this thru the whole way note: the death within is not from relationships.

Albert, it seems that you're going through trying times right now. Believe me, I know how it feels to be within a state of internal darkness, and pain. When I was 14 my beliefs were shifted and I went through a complete mental breakdown due to a reformation of EVERYTHING I ever believed. All I knew changed and I started to finally analyze the world deeper than just by its appearances.
You're going to have to untangle your mesh of twine and try and figure things out for yourself. You have to do it slowly......
Write things down.....why they are bothering you, what the things are.....the consequences, both good and bad.....so on.
Do a complete assessment of your internal mind and figure out your choices.
Believe me, it might not aid you a WHOLE lot, but it'll point you in the direction you might want to get at.

Good luck and I hope things improve!

I was born myself, raised myself, and will continue to be myself. The world will just have to adjust.

I'm in love with my shadow
I admire it daily

And a good way to start is, as you can see here in the blue pages, is that many of us, who have felt as you do, tend to write things down.

Pros, cons;
thoughts and bonds;
our ins and outs;
what life's about;
troubles and gifts
is what give us lift
little notes,
big ones too
all help to figure
out, who are You!

keep a notebook, a ledger, whatever, and pen your brain's meanderings. It might not make sense now, but sometimes, just to transfer them from mind to paper, then closing the book, tells us we have done "something" with our thoughts, by expression.

And chances are, 90% of us have felt just as you do.  You are in good company.

We all have times like this, times when we plunge into these disturbing thoughts head first, and we can't figure out which way is up. You've done the right thing by coming here. Most of us know exactly what it's like to be lost in our thoughts and emotions, that's what poets do. Perhaps that's why so many of them went mad!

But you aren't going mad, in spite of what you may think. Growing up is tough, and for people like us, the "different" ones, it's 10 times worse. Just keep writing, and remember that it does get better! Always feel free to come and post here in Feelings, and if you ever want to talk to me personally, feel free to e-mail me. *hugs!*
