Then, there are moments
so precious, found
in early rays of dawn
gleaming bronze and amber
in captured sighs

throughout days,
oft' otherwise dreary
but moments,
so precious, found
in smiles
of quick passings
lasting just long enough
to bring a sudden rush
of joy

into afternoons
that slowly lead
into a bleeding sunset
where the blush of eve
casts its glow
upon pale of skin
basking in
precious moments
alone with you.

seek the flame within yourself
and let your soul be cleansed by
the fire of love.  Axel Ekenstierna

Good morning Gentle Spirit,
What a lovely way to start the day...
With thoughts of our loved ones first... my beloved sleeps... but soon will rise... and hopefully we'll capture some of the wonderful imagery you penned here... thank you for this...

Namaste,
Moonkist

Indeed. Makes one think of private moments with someone that they wish could be captured and frozen in time.
Thank you.

Moonkinst, thank you. Yes precious are the moments spent
with those we cherish, thank you.  May you find many with your love.

Nancy, glad that you enjoyed a smile sweet lady. Hugs.

Dark, your views are always a pleasure, hugs big guy.

MukkaKukka,  smiles are contagious, we find them everywhere.
No offence taken.

Refugee, exactly, like frozen moments that carry us through the day.
Thank you.
