Lumpy Oatmeal makes me Crazy!

The sky is bruised tonight
Skeletal tree bones strain to grip pastel clouds
And drape them into delicate gowns.
So, once again, they can go wind dancing.

Such images! And wonder. Imagine if we could pull down the pastels from a morning fire sky and hang them on trees. Why, it might just look like Autumn!

Sending smiles from here in Michigan, where the trees are gilded spirits, mocking the morning sky.
