at the window of conejo
as you open your eastern smile

night was hungry on my skin
still I feel her wetness
as the wind crosses her kiss
and erases her pen words

you will sense her laughter
and look at my eyes
as if my adultery was lovely
and my new tattoo was welcome

but you have seen the scars before
and soothed them often
I will see you in a few hours

It is beautiful here in the East this morning
