Her of Amour

28 September 2006

Where are you,
when I want to love you.
Where are you,
when I want to dream.
Where are you,
the queen of a queen.

For I could love this woman
in ways of no other.
I could hold her in my arms,
where caress was more.
I could love her beyond, love,
for she was my heart to adore.

Just to love and hold that
Careyann inside
Just to know fall,
was love, neither pride
In all of knowing, what knowing was
love, faith, hope, charity, my love
of Jesus Christ in her of amour

“One dies only once, and then for such a long time!”
Molière, Le Dépit Amoureux (1656)
French actor and comic dramatist (1622 - 1673)
