Soft days of innocence,
gone, gone to the wind,
to the hard stone
of contemporary, of now.
Care for nought, no love
of life, only gain.
Perhaps the change may
return on the wind?
Blowing back beauty and
flying with it, innocence,
respect, hope and love?

At the touch of love, everyone becomes poets. Plato 427 BC-348.

I like the way that you write your thoughts.
Well done indeed.

The best way to describe this piece is also the first word of the poem: Soft. A touching little poem here. Quite nice, cheers    - Ed

Innocence returns with the adventure of learning things anew....

Adventure returns when hearts open and dare to wish... to dream.. and to share with others.

Keep dreaming... and by all means.. keep sharing.

Excellent write.

Blowing back beauty and
flying with it, innocence,
respect, hope and love....if only the world could return to  the days of innocence

Can't ask for anything more, those lines say it all...

Hope you and yours have a BLESSED CHRISTMAS!
