Aroused , sweet scented mystery
Enchanted, because it felt better
Than my previous misery
One heartbeat for her
A dozen for me
I was levitated to the sky
From the clouds in the 7th heaven
Oceanic view, a Lightblue sea
Attraction was felt
both physical as sexual
Could not express my joy
When the feelings seemed mutual
Time goes by, defeated all fears
Sunlight fades, feelings dissapear
Day and night become one
I was once levitated
Now i am back on the floor
What was once called love
is now no more!

but isn't it wonderful that the journey doesn't really end, but begins anew eventually?

I really liked this.  Sometimes our journey takes us to places for healing, as a prelude to the next stop.  We often think we have landed, only to realize a momentary pause to the next celestial doorway.
Welcome to Passions.

I loved this... love does lift you, yet it can also be the quickest to bring you down. Welcome to passions, I can't wait to see more

Yep, dangling in midair has many drawbacks, one of which is the inevitable landing.

I must dance the ‘Shakespeherian Rag’ when I read this poem!:
Ah.....the bittersweet ‘slings and arrows of (love’s) outrageous fortunes’; etc.!
Likely a strong sense of  ‘love-dejavu’  when most any of us contemplates this work:
“love’s illusions every one”....and so forth!...the Kafkaesque delaceration of the heart!.....One might feel sorrow and longing when readin’ this...but you certainly cant’ help but feel ‘alive’ because of it!
