I hold the fussing and fighting in my gaze...decayed, like stagnant water from the mangrove trees. I can't drink that, I will dash that back to the green---I swallow clean.

I am the tribal Queen, hear my yells, sweeping like a prehistoric dream. Call the contractors, as the 'raptors are destroying what was once a lovely scene, so neat and tidy---it's frightening, such a blast, that rakes the past into a bloody heap.

I am the last Bashment girl, loaded with twirls and the teeth of dead pigs...around my wrists, and neck, a testament to this complex attire, re-wired and pinned bangles, ching with these arms, hand-clapping
you jig and stoke the fire
I bring

deep feelings

Brava, and yet this above, downright sad.
Anytime, beauty, the past is destroyed,
its sad...

Nicely done, Kif.

Thanks, Gentle Spirit. I'm quite influenced by the re-make of King Kong, which I watched lately. That's sad, too...as is it's influences.

I suppose it's about dominion.

This is excellent, Kif! A strongly-worded and intelligent piece of writing--I think it's great.

Cheers,
Bill

Ah, thanks, Bill. I'm on a hip-hop tip...anything goes! I keep adding, then taking away...there's a fine line between blathers. If I add anything else 'tho, I'll start a new thread.
