No More Honey To Take My Money

She used to take my change from
the jar on the breakfast bar.
And I used to think it so cute.
Now there's no more honey to take my
money and I miss her being cute for me.
And the money stays in the jar
upon the bar, awaiting the
softness of her touch.

James,

This really tells how we miss the simplest action of someone we love.   I really like your poem a lot!  The last line was the icing on the cake.
