‘She said: He said’

09 May 2005

She said:
I don’t know why
you put up with me
But I am grateful
that you have

He said:
Of all I have
put you through
Most woman would
have given me their
marching orders long ago

Was this love
or more
admiration
from a far

Two souls united
in an understanding
She said - He said
“how happy we are”

“Where there is no vision, the people perish:
but he that keepeth the law, happy is he.”
Proverbs 29:18 KJV

Gratefulness and wonderment....two of the strongest building blocks of love -- the real, lasting kind.

"the real, lasting kind"

in this case not so true, as although what features in my poem was taken from my own message and her message. Time never stood a chance and that connection of trans world on line proportion no longer exists between both parties and his not for a considerable time.

thanks for your comments, as they are always welcome
