of time

raindrops
christen
the sycamores

petals
set sail
on crosswinds

with
flowers
freshpicked,

a gentleman
courts
his mistress

Oh, the sounds and scents of spring
you've captured here
It's a cold damp day here, feeling much like a throwback to the edge of winter, before the buds were visible.
