Remembering Her

Perhaps she left me
without saying goodbye
because she didn't
want to see me cry.
She wanted to remember,
the times she made me laugh,
the times she made me smile.
I know that I want to
remember her that way.
And I will.
And I will.

A lovely piece, James!
Well writ!

Fool, said my Muse to me, look in thy heart and write.
