Plant
a wild flower
where only
thistles grow;
shed
a tear of hope
where rain
never falls;
light
a soft candle
where darkness lingers;
inflate
a balloon with love
and let it burst
where hate rules;
prepare
earth for change;
waltz
in joy,
sing
in laughter,
dance
forth creation,
embrace
streams of divine light:
welcome
the birth
of a nature child!

WW, your poem was highly appealing to me and I enjoyed, experienced, and visualized each and every line!

Windwalker...your words touch something in my soul. Perhaps my native american roots, still tug at them. My GG Grandmother Morningstar would have loved them I'm sure. *smile*
