   At times, we're sad
       but beauty's still there;
   Go outside and look around
   Breathe a breath of air!
   Magnify all the good that comes each day-
   New hor-i-zon's on the way.
   It's a-waiting for you
   So, take a look
   And breathe it in.

Seeing it doesn't do it justice; it needs the gentle tune.  The melody fills my mind  sometimes.  There is so much to life; the trick is to change the setting sometimes.   I think one of the most important things an author or writer does is to establish the setting.  It sets the mood.

Thanks for reading.

Lovely lyrics indeed.

I've had trouble with my piano ever sense my granddaughter stuck quarters between the keys.  It's a very old piano, do you think it's worth more now?  Your lovely lyrics can be played on anything, I'll play them in my mind.

Thanks and love to all!  I will try to visit your posts soon.  Well, as soon as I'm able.  I have some research to do and a few papers to write!

Martie, YOU MAKE me laugh!  To coin an old phrase, "Nope, don't think so!" Your story reminds me of doing the unthinkable--sitting a glass of orange juice on top of the piano!  Yep, I knocked it over! The only thing I ever sat on the piano, and I knocked it over! Some things figure...

  The piano tuner didn't think he could save the piano, as all the sticky stuff was ALL over the strings.  He managed to rinse them out, and with his ingenuity and a blow dryer, he rescued our family pet. Thank God for blow dryers!
