Death When You Want It

Oh yes, I've lost some I've cared for.
The number more than my heart wants to say.
When those connections were severed, it was
as if a swift sword had cut them all away.
Thats when you understand the meaning,
thats when your pain learns to say,
"Death never comes when you want it,
death always comes on a bad day."

My spirit will rise
above the sea~
There will be no drowning
of my soul or me~

I recently lost a family memeber and this poem says it all.  I wish I would have stopped in sooner to see this.
