beyond the castle of pines
I watch the rain dancers
in their clear skin shimmering

they compromise their contortions
into ponds of mirror glass
with splash finger acne

they are children with ravens
for kites and gulls on sundays
when the seal skin boys come

and push their tongue depressors
into the mouths of swells
and tiptoe their examinations

along sides of sandy smiled tides

______________

daark

The push of fog
on the horizon
where the sealed boys
shoot curls
then follow the tresses
home...

salty sting here...
another CA memory...

thank you.

I am seeing the art of life through your eyes this morning....the rain dancers and their dimpling smiles!   I hope they take a hiatus long enough to give you a blue sky day, D.

I'm enjoying the softer breath of spring, the pine castles, the evergreen of soul. Be blessed!

Damn, damn... I LOVE the way you write....You're one of the few poets that I admire, and strive to be like in my expression....You are also one of the few poets that when I read any of your poems, I honestly am so blown away by your clever word play and talent, that I have no way of doing it justice in my replies.  Good to read you again...
Light or dark, to see the world through your eyes is way cool~

Intellectually I know that Canada is no better than any other country. Emotionally I KNOW that Canada is the best country in the world!
