Stress Gives No Respite

As I sat here in silence
In the still of the night
Had an uneasy feeling
Yet felt anxious to write

In this sleepless reality
My insomniacs plight
Too much on my mind
It happened everynight

Unanswered questions
Whilst thinking of you
My mind will never rest
Here I search for a clue

Stress gives no respite
Mind going to and fro
As the hours tick away
Worry refused to let go

Here I was wide awake
In anguish and stress
Since you've lost touch
I am sleeping even less

That Patsy Cline song was the perfect choice to accompany your poem!

This is very good; and I agree that Patsy Cline song was the perfect choice!
