Every time I hear An Oldie

Every time I hear an oldie
I think of Peggy Goose.
What? ... ... ...
You mean you have never even heard
of Peggy Goose? ... ...
Like, hey!
Like, what caves have you been living in?
It's like, she's an old X
I use to have.
Like, ain't it great
having an old X?
It's like,
does he start sentences with like?

No, no, I want real artificial sugar!

Mother Goose, maybe. What I think of as oldies, my kids call ancient times!  But the older I get, the older 'old' gets!

P.S.  I have a cookie recipe that calls for real margarine...now we have a lot of real artificial food.  Makes the FDA happy!
