* * *

We expose much of ourselves
Each and every time we write
As we share our experiences
We give others an insight

Into the windows of our souls
We allow others to view
As you see through our eyes
Into our hearts we take you to

You become part of our lives
Looking through a poet's eyes
Each word is carefully woven
Revealing many a surprise

Sometimes the words may flourish
And at times there may be drought
But we write with so much passion
That is a fact, without a doubt

I share much of myself
With those who I may never meet
The friends I've made are many
They help to make my life complete

I am in motion
I am blue
Love is an ocean
I'm anchored in you

Sue~
This is beautiful and so true...sometimes we share a whole lot more of ourselves here than we would to those around us.
