Possibility

I rode a possibility
Into a woods humility
And there I saw the shadows born
The shadows of beginnings dawn

They shifted slowly growing tall
As I diminished from their fall
And backed away the light of day
But could not stop nights fade away

And in the turn of light and mime
I prayed upon a moment’s time
To catch the ponder of the awe
Before the sun could bright the floor

It was a scene within a dream
It was a gleam within a stream
A fantasy a mine of gold
A treasure that I could not hold

I could not hold in attitude
This fantasy of amplitude

YOU ARE SO COOOOOOL!!!!!!!!!
you know I LOVE this one....
you make me tree hugging heart giddy...
I wish I had the new pics I took just the other day from an early morning hike...
then you would see how keen your senses are to mine...
this very poem encompasses what I saw and felt in those sunbeamed moments.
Once again your "touchless touch" takes my hand.

*ww*

~Afternoon hugs & tea, Nancy!~

Something tugs at me, I've no doubt of that.
Something from the sea, whichever one I'm near.
When I stray too far from beachland, it calls me back

I read this poem early this morning, moments after you posted it.....one-and-a-half clock spins later, my reaction is the same -- "Man, this is good stuff!"

And you did it...of course you did...and I am caught within the ponder of the awe!!

Unfortunatley I don't "do mornings" so I am sure glad for people like you.  A beautiful sight this truly was.
