The headaches that come and go,
each different,
each with underlying cause.

Stress becoming
a part of life for me,
even if indirectly.

Slow the heartbeat
and a maker to keep pace
enters this morning's race.

An anniversary-not gift
to complete the day's offering.

And so goes life's journal,
the unknown always taking over.

Always to interfere with consistency,
challenging the sanity of it all.

Hoping that this day ends
in a better place
than yesterday began...

Thanks...

My Father-in-law was taken
to the hospital yesterday
and will have a pacemaker
"installed" today.

Praying all goes well...
