To slow dance with you
until the sun slips the halo
off the marquise moon,
to be the window
to the oceans view,
to mirror footprints
for the sky's design,
and court the morning
as the stars recline,
to slowdance with you,
before the waking world
reminds.

This read like a slow dance Michele..
Beautiful rhythm...lovely indeed.

Something tugs at me, I've no doubt of that.
Something from the sea, whichever one I'm near.
When I stray too far from beachland, it calls me back

Ummmm-Hummmm....there's something about those
slow dances. Huh, Michelle? Especially
"before the waking world reminds"....
Beautiful writing, dear lady.

Having two left feet,
He was awkward-
An ache on her toes,
The night thru-embarrased.
But by daylight,
Before the world woke
(To remind them this
Was only a dream)
From her he learned,
Slow dance steps.
