Your writing has sparked an curiosity in me...

Can you describe the thoughts that attribute to "Belief"?

Susan

The words are a bit of a flighty thing

Fleeting emotion is probably the coldest description

Futility is probably another one

Resulting to alternatives in the mind is a third

Self-Justification is another

A mental blending of "others have been here before" is another

An inability to communicate is obviously there

Freedom from everything - escaping into nothing and nothing means you fear nothing is another

The idea that "I'm flying on a jet plane" dont know when "I'll be back" again o'hhh "Lord", 'I hate

to go'

The reality of thought when a warm bed was there and a cold station is really there.

Finally leaving and never arriving and always threw (intential wording) others

Learning

But understanding that only in ignorance do you strive

With nothing but survival

and belief that you still have the ability, the drive, the intelligence to make the one "inch" step

without ever knowing or caring beyond that.

Bleeding almost dripping heart echoed emotion that never sought nor caused but images

Weeds grow trampled to fill beneath stones feeding insects and birds

Asphalt steaming melting as a drunken road layer's evening of respite

Honesty echoing forlorn in a late morning's light of a night exploring doubt and feeling

A drunk picks at ideas in a depth of mind only another drunk can understand to stagger subjects

A dark path on a route hitched to air that walks and origins and destinations

A seat on a closed station for a re-routed train that left to make it's next stop minus passengers

and care

Moments emphasing self emboldened in belief

Of belief

That only in ignorance started belief

Without belief ever as a target

Your ponderings are interesting, dear Bodger. The above line is especially wise, imo.

To believe means that we trust that something is true ... and I believe that you have a big, sensitive heart!

Btw, where is Susan?

Love,
Margherita

When thinking of belief I always think of believing in what we cannot see....Your words make ones mind ponder much more...very well done...*big hugs*
