When you realize that it’s over
And there is no turning back
When your thoughts of what once was
Turn on you to attack

Then you know you have hit bottom
And there’s something you must do
So you climb your way to daylight
To begin your new debut

You throw away your baggage
Its memories and fears
Into the void you climbed from
Then shed your final tears

And as the tears rain down
On all that was thrown away
A rainbow signals your rebirth
A birth that's here to stay

And so, you walk forward smiling
Yet anxious of what you will find
On the path that now awaits you
In place of what's left behind
