Rainbow

I see a
Rainbow on the horizon
But am afraid to reach out to it
I still feel the effects of past storms
And am afraid to reach out to this ray of light
Afraid to let it touch me
Afraid:
as soon as it touches me, it will be turned off

This is nice but sounds too sad...
Never be afraid to reach out.  Life is too short to be hesitant about the future.
bring out your best smile and force a new attitude and run for it...
best to you, martyjo

So good to read you again.

Thought long about this write.
Light is resilient and reflective, just as the stars and the moon.  In those terms, the cosmic rainbow never ceases.

Nice write.
