They call it Christmas

No one around

All seem away

Not a sound to be heard

But a wind gently swirling

What appears to be pretty

That kills

Nice is good from afar

Get locked in the words

Forget the jar

In your force and your face

I can feel no pain

You have taken everything

That I'd like to gain

You came up before like a Giant Wind

Destroyed me and all that is best

I look at your arms

I can feel that force

You talk a language of power

Like you know what it means

You destroyed my life

Do you know what it means

Where ever I stay it will be this way

And I'll stay

Cos you know what I mean

We're simply the best

Better than all the rest

Better than anyone

Anyone I've ever met

Each time you hit me I lose control

Hitting with wind at my body and soul

I still here

Where do you belong

O'h baby

Come along

I’m the best

Very interesting, is what I thougt... what is the meaning, I mean is it personal?

"If this grand panaorama before me is what you call God... then God is not dead."

Lots of sad emotions threaded through this .... I do remember Tina Turner singing
" Simply the best "

I was in Manila when a typhoon was coming in.

It was that big you couldn't see where we were.

It passed and the thoughts were that we had escaped.

I wanted to write something that said "the people and town were stronger than any wind and would rebuild".

The words of the song came as I was trying to think of something to say
