She cries herself to sleep at night,
doesn't know what to do.
Wonders where she got lost and why things aren't going right anymore.

The pain in her heart is unbearable,
she has choices to make and people are forcing their opinions on her.
She needs to do whats right for her.

Her vision is blurred, her moment is sharp.
Tears are liquid and cuts through her skin as acid.
She wonders when the pain will go away.
Lost in a replay, lost in her mind.

Is she dreaming, or is she gone.
She was just out of high school,
and now shes almost a mom.
Doesn't know what to do. The man is gone.

Left her because, the truth it hurts.
His baby is coming, and he can't handle that.
Is it immaturity or is it just that he is lost too.
I don't know how to help you.

But I'll be here, if you need me,
just call me soon.
I love you,
and my shoulder is free, you can lean.

Hey. Thanks for the response. My friend needs me right now, and I honestly don't know what to do to help her.

She just found out she is pregnant. Her boyfriend left her, her parents abandonded her and everyone is telling her to get an abortion. She doesn't believe in it and she can't imagine putting her child up for adoption but she also doesnt want to lose her family.  She is being torn in so many different directions and I want to be there for her... but I don't want to pull her in any direction because I know that she needs to do what is right for her and her future and  I am struggling to help her and she has asked me to help out...

Kellie~
Your friend is fortunate to have you, dear one~
Be there ... no matter what she decides~

And ... her family should be ashamed of themselves, in my honest opinion~

Hopefully she has a church family that she can turn to ... ~

I agree with Margie, also adding, perhaps she will not loose her family, but the baby might bring them closer...I don't believe in abortion...

Hugs to you and no matter what happens, you and your friend, will be in my thoughts and prayers.

Thanks for the support guys. I'll post more later, I need to get on the phone and make some calls and see what I can do about getting her a place to stay.
