Not Enough

Today, I feel the failures taking over
and say to the one who sits here tearfully
regressing over time, how hard,
how very hard life has become.

How even that touch (now and again)
can never seem
to fill the need or want
for what is gone in the passing.

There are no revelations to discover,
no words that can ever describe
the intensity that flows through these veins
that keep me watching the night shadows
wondering if they are coming for me.

Wasted words...
That's all I have to share
wishing for change,
the kind that brings smiles
because knowing I am alive each day
is just not enough anymore.

... it is a grey day here too,
          but finding light and heart
in sharing the fondest of memories
                 and fun times!!

the light is from the smiles these times will share ....

you have many smiles still to share ...

I thought it was just me.

I told a friend just yesterday, that life is like...sometimes I watch my son staring into the refrigerator, looking for something to eat--and even though the frig is pretty full, he generally slams the door and complains, "There's nothing to eat!"

I've been feeling that way about life lately.

(Methinks I've got itchy feet too.)

Loved this mo.

I know how you feel but never forget that to those here who love you you will always be a great success....no one can write like you and invite us into her heart the way you do...You are much loved and I pray that life will bless you with the joy you so deserve...*big big hugs*
