Rock slide paintings side-step into
Rapid eye movements, truly lived
A dialogue of gold medals
Menopausal vocal chords communicate
With the dead, perhaps an angel of light?
Isolated in a dissonance of hand sounds
Clapping, slick as glass
Playing a wicked game of charades

Trying to read minds, bold as brass
You move to a succulent mouthful
Creed with growing needs
Banters with happiness
Knowing when the phone rings
Turn key gushes out

Hearing aids will be turned off
Ferocious noise, takes raindrops for granted
Eating whole, book bound free verse
Each, it’s own choir
Walking on earth

Passionately kissing the homeless, on some lonely street
Reciting heart strings inside out…
Like a stand up comedian
Reading lips of occurrences
We see them sometimes in our dreams

Nature’s harvest of melody
“Singing, mirror, mirror
Flowers in winter”….
Who knows what fragrant whispers might plumb?
Never finished are days of the sun
Though...
I may be in my last year of college
Still keeping count of the rainbows

Good morning, Lovely Lee! I see that you caught the worm, you Early Bird!

Your spill of thoughts kicked my mind into gear this morning!

"I may be in my last year of college
Still keeping count of the rainbows"

~ May you never stop learning and counting!

Have a glorious day,

Love & Rainbow Light,
Linda

more rainbows always come thru your eyes
to us
nice friday start
to another n.east
snowy day
waiting for daffodils

within your words

I would like to share this with a friend
who deals with autistic children and
young adults; and perhaps then she will
have a chance to share your insight
with our "opposites" in life...

certainly Kari, be my guest...
While working with the handicapped, thousands of times, smiling a feeling of peace, knowing they were truly the exceptional ones, the signficance of being special...but man kind's definition, being the opposite...
