Catacombs

Within the catacombs I creep
Though flesh and bone seem quite asleep
Where memories fly like firer flies
And flash before my egos eyes

They spit at me with dragons breath
And whip me with their lash of death
They fly about my head in pain
And out before I can explain

And though I thrash about and shout
I cannot rout these memories out
They bite me like those fire ants
And fill me full of fires rants

I can’t escape the catacombs
They live within my flesh and bones
They walk with me when I’m awake
And fill my dreams with sorrows ache

They mill with me where e’er I wend
And will with me come to an end

I hope Isabel doesn't take this the wrong way... but do we share an address? *S*

Excellent work, my friend... and if you find the key, let me know. *S*

Oh dear Seymour, this must have been a nightmare!

To go for a little walk in the sunshine would be a good idea.

Catacombs make me feel claustrophobic too.

Your write is powerful.

Love and hugs.

I think you need a bit of R and R ~ Roses and Rutabagas! Roses are good for your spirit and rutabagas are good for your aching bones!

And I am sprinkling some fairy dust over your bed tonight so that you can dream sweetly.

Wrapping you in loving wings,

Hey, Sy!! Go a little easy on the fire ant talk, ok? I don't want the readers to think I'm not doing my job!!
