The River

That part of river that is me
Flows into an endless sea
It washes on the sands of time
And siphons through the grit of grime

It lands upon the morning’s dew
And then becomes a part of you
The changing of the changing change
Who knows what path it will arrange?

Homogenous the parts prevail
Scattered are the atoms sail
To form within the earth once more
The ever changing of its core

And though I throw my seining fetch
It is not fine enough to catch
The essence of paternity
Or pulse of its eternity

I am a stranger passing through
And very limited my view

Sy,
your "very limited view" is certainly all-encompassing as you point me toward the infinite....~P

How expansive!

~ and if your view is "limited", then I must be downright blind!

Oh to view the world through your eyes Sy!
Excellent morning read.
Too late for tea?  I think not.
~Morning hugs & tea, Nancy~

For it was not into my ear you whispered
But into my heart
It was not my lips you kissed
But my soul

Could you send some of your talent on those drops that come my way? *S*

You may consider your view limited, my friend... but I sure do enjoy sharing it! *S*

Wonderful, Heart touching.

Some days the river runs swift and some days slow. Yesterday was a swift one. I thank you all your read and lovely comments.
It is always an up for my day.
