Memories have stained my mind Much like a damaged pens ink seeps deep into cloth All these things, So bitter sweet Have made me become this tired face The mask has started to fade now as my energy disapears Though I am still putting on this foolish play Doubt has tiptoed quietly into worriers voices But I know that no matter how much longer I keep these tears inside They cannot keep hiding behind closed eyes forever The tears will sneak away from thier prison Much like the happy memories I haven't felt in so long. will soon fade away leaving only the painful thoughts to continue to dwell and damage inside [This message has been edited by SarBear (03-22-2005 11:37 PM).] |

Well written pain, Sara. And sometimes those tears will release themselves at the least opportune moment! But remember, they also help cleanse. |
